OUR POLICY
At Shape Nail Lab, we strive to provide high-quality nail services and products. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our services, we have the following policy to ensure fairness for all clients and to protect our technicians’ time and materials.
1. Services
- All services are non-refundable once the service has begun or been completed.
- As soon as you leave the salon, you are considered to have accepted the service.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the result, please inform us immediately before paying or leaving the salon. We will gladly adjust, redo, or correct the service at no extra charge (e.g., shape, length, or minor color issues).
- Corrections must be requested within 3 days of the original appointment. You must return to the salon for inspection and redo. We will make every reasonable effort to fix the issue.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for:
- Change of mind (color, design, length)
- Normal wear and tear (chips, lifting after a few days)
- Allergic reactions or sensitivity (we recommend a patch test for new products)
- Services performed exactly as requested
2. Gift Cards & Vouchers
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- They do not expire unless stated otherwise.
3. How to Request a Correction or Complaint
- Contact us immediately (call, message, or return to the salon).
- Provide your booking details and photos if possible.
- We will schedule a free correction appointment at the earliest convenient time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is repeatedly dissatisfied after corrections, behaves inappropriately, or abuses this policy.
4. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service without refund if a client:
- Arrives more than 15 minutes late
- Requests services outside our expertise or safety standards
- Shows signs of infection or open wounds
- Behaves rudely or aggressively toward staff
By booking an appointment or paying for a service at Shape Nail Lab, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
